Awesome. Reminds me of an accidental shot taken at a baby shower before they days of photoshop... of a cake which read baby super-imposed over a pregnant woman holding a newborn. Your's do look very eerie, like a sprite running through the house.

Welcome to the insanity that is my life. I spend much of it meandering on bunny trails. Fortunately, I have my GPS - God's Positioning System - to bring me back home.

This effect would be great for an invitation or greeting card for Halloween. Great job!
I have some shots like this. They happened by chance. I tried to recreate the same settings but failed to get the same effect. :)
Absolutely amazing!

Hi Dianne,

I am definitely curious to find out, like some of the others here, how you did it? Very interesting shot.
I shared this with some - guess I should've told in my comments.
Slow down your shutter speed and follow your subject in action. Since my niece is VERY active, I had opportunity to get a ton of shots of her. :D
