Any ideas?!?!?!

We were walking downtown and here was this building. Naturally, I couldn't pass up a photo op. I don't have the foggiest idea what this building houses - or who, but it was certainly amusing.
What if you had to write a story about what/who is in this building? What would you have to say about it?

well, everyone inside would be ambiguous, and unclear. Several people might have eyes where their noses belonged and arms sticking out of the tops of their heads.
They would speak only in haiku poetry and nod appreciatively at each other's recitations but walk away with no idea what in the heck it all means in the end.
Love it, Carrie! I knew I could count on you for something interesting! :D
Could it have something to do with land/property titles? I know that is not nearly as much fun as Carrie's idea, but that's all I can think of.

Aww, come on Mom, are you sure you can't come up with something else? I know, Carrie set the bar pretty high. LOL!! :D
We saw it after the Veteran's Day Parade, but I didn't even pay attention to anything else about the building - I was just caught by the name. Ha! Ha!
Perhaps it is a social gathering place for all those who cannot make decisions, don't know what is right and wrong, and aren't sure what life is all about. Sounds like a confusing place!
Anon is right. Way back in the day I worked as a legal assistant and did some real estate law.
An abstract company deals with land deeds. Every time property is bought and sold, an abstract company researches to ensure clear title. The abstract company is also in charge of filing the right documents with the county recorder.
Thanks, Gina, for clarifying. While that makes sense, given my silly sense of humor, I think I prefer Carrie & Robin's versions. LOL! :D
My thought is
A BS Tract Building.
Most buildings have a lot of BS in them.
