Video Meme

Alrighty then. I have no webcam, no digital camcorder, but I found a way to play anyway. Heart of the Matter's Friday meme (yes, as in yes-terday) was a video meme. I thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone else's videos, so here I am.

When I watch this on my computer, the quality is fine, but as soon as I upload to YouTube, they kindly pixelate me. Blast them. I tried doing it multiple ways, but this is it. I have other things to do, so I apologize for the pathetic quality, but you'll have to take that up with the folks at YT. Actually, you might be able to click through to YouTube (or go directly to the video here) and sometimes there's an option to choose to watch in high quality. Actually, you probably should do that - it's definitely better in their high quality mode.

Also sorry about the shakiness. I had to hold my camera for the entire time. Or I guess I could've gotten the tripod out. Obviously I didn't. Anyway, without further rambling aimlessly ado...

I hope someone still comes to watch, even though I'm totally late. Oops - last night was the deadline for nominations for the Homeschool Blog Awards. Sorry. Watch for voting next month.

No, I didn't win Sprittibee's digital camera, but I did become a blogger.

Oh my goodness, Dianne, you are a NATURAL! I am so glad you participated! It is so nice to 'see' you!

You'll eventually sort and unpack your way through the stuff and find your creativity again!

What a cool story about the camera and needing a blog name–first time I heard that story. :-)

Good to "see" you and I'm glad we're friends. {{hugs}}

I forgot to say: can't believe you did that while holding the camera!

Yes, we're quasi Coloradoans, too. :) I love your intro!!! What a great idea to do it outside. It's so beautiful! Of course, it's Colorado! :D

You are so calm. Guess we paved the way for you, huh? :P

I'm so glad you participated! It is great to see you're smiling, beautiful face.

And I don't have a digital camcorder either. I used my camera, but I set it on my desk. Didn't your arm get tired? If I ever do that again, I want a camera man. ;)

Hi Diane, your video is great!! You did a great job! I really like the idea of putting your kids in school through elementary and pulling them out for middle school. I think I will be doing that; fortunately, I still have some time for that though.

So, do you plan to homeschool til they graduate? You can twitter me w/your answer.

Have a good weekend. :-)

PS. Congrats on the move...

OH my goodness, I think I *heart* you!

You and I are kindred spirits. I can't think or function or make any sort of cohesive thought if I am surrounded in mess. It's stiffling. So I totally understand how the chaos of boxes could make you feel, ummmm... boxed in. ;)

That was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!

Oh we would totally be best friends--having so much in common...including I was born in CO & lived out all my preschool years there ;-).

I hope you get downsized soon. I could totally help--I'm really good at throwing away (other people's)stuff.

Dianne! You are so lovely in person (not to infer that you are not when it's not in person-- oh, you know what I mean!). :-)

LOL I would never have guessed that that was the reason why you started a blog. *snort* Go Sprittibee! That is too funny.

You are a natural on camera, my dear.

It was fun to listen to your video, put a voice with the posts. Hope youre able to make some progress with those boxes - I've downsized a couple of times and it is really challenging.

Dianne,

I loved watching your intro. We have a garage full of boxes that I am still trying to get through. We moved last Christmas.

Glad you did this!

Hi, Diane. Loved meeting you. I should have been "Bunny Trails The Sequel" because I can definitely related to starting and changing directions. I like what you said about God know where to find you. So cute yet true. This was really fun.
