A couple of friends we visited for New Year's Eve a couple weeks ago, have a friend living with them. He's totally blind, but still has that initiative and spirit that causes him to be able to move around. Juan took upon himself to help him while we were there.

A few days ago, our friend Laura played Wii at a friend's and got so into it that they went and bought one. The unexpected beneficiary? Their blind friend, who is able to play bowling even though he can't see. And sometimes he beats them! :-)
