Well, I'm either down a half pound or 3 1/2 pounds. My
stupid wonderful display on my scales is only showing partial numbers! Ha! My guess is it's a
half pound, although I vote for
three and a half. I'm with
Robin in that I need to get serious about this. As with so much of my life, I'm serious
part of the time and then totally not. I just have that "all or nothing" thing going on much of the time (except when I don't - LOL!). So we'll put me down for -0.5 lb. Better than +0.5 lb.
I'm trying to get back to exercising, but it's been a little challenging due to allergies and waking up feeling like my head's in a tube. Today it all moved into my chest - ugh! Also working on increasing water and decreasing Dr Pepper.
Maybe my battery needs to be replaced . . . or maybe the battery in the scales needs to be replaced. Maybe next week I'll have a complete readout.

Thanks, Gina! Not that it's a bad thing, but I know I should be doing more on this than I am. Oh well, pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on the trail! :D
