Bright Red button , Yellow thread might have stood out more than the green which blends into the blue background. It seems somehow to be all about the tags though.
i just love public art. there isn't nearly enough of it there days. i've heard that the artprize in michigan is helping to bring it back but have yet to see real solid evidence of such.
