  4. I really have NO idea what these are or why they exist. They're constructed at a college downtown and I happened upon them on my way home today. Actually, I missed my turn, because there was too much traffic, so I had to take the long way around. Lo & behold, I discovered these on a corner, parked the van, and went shooting. I found them quite intriguing.
